During basketball games you can always see coaches of each team shouting at the players and even shouting at each other sometime. I think it’s normal and it’s always a part of the game. I find it amazing that the ability of a team to win will always depend on the coach. Take for example if you escort a kid in a basketball court and you even gave him a ball, he won’t aim and try to shoot it in the hole not unless you teach him that the whole point and goal of the game is to shoot as much ball as you can in the basket. That is the main reason why goal setting for coaches is important. The team will always rely on the coach, because inside the court he stands as the father. And he can help the team win with a good strategy and a perfect goal setting.
